The short version
We collect the minimum needed to run the FoFlow waitlist: your email address and, if you choose to share it, your first name. We use it only to send FoFlow updates and your early-access invite. We never sell it, and you can leave at any time.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store your email address, an optional first name, the date you joined, and the source you arrived from (for example, a referral link). Our analytics tool (Google Analytics 4) also collects standard, aggregated usage data such as pages viewed and device category, with IP anonymization enabled.
How we use it
To confirm your waitlist spot, share occasional product milestones, send your beta invitation, and understand how people use this page so we can improve it. Nothing else.
Where it lives
Waitlist data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore). Access is restricted, and the public form can only create entries — it cannot read, change, or delete them.
Your rights
Under applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and the EU GDPR where they apply, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. Email hello@foflow.me and we will act on your request promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update this page and note the new date above.
